In this registration form, we invite you to tell us a range of information from your contact details to your personal and/or health information. The more you tell us, the more we can personalise your experience with Blue Voices. This may include sending you activities that a specifically relevant to your personal experience of interests.

Any information you provide is securely stored and used in accordance with our privacy policy.
The information you provide us is not available to other Blue Voices members. 




Anyone aged 16 years or over can join Blue Voices. However, if you are under 18, you will require parental/guardian consent to participate in a Blue Voices activity.










Your responses to the following optional questions will help us to send you information about activities relevant to you. Some activities relate to specific backgrounds or experience. Examples include activities for me or young people, for people who have an experience of anxiety, for people who live in rural and remote parts of Australia or have supported someone with depression.





Gender identity includes our internal sense of our own gender, which may, or may not be the same as our sex




Beyond Blue has activities, campaigns and resources for people of diverse sexualities, gender identities and bodies.
