- exhaustion - meaning feelings of being emotionally drained and worn out, and
- disengagement - meaning feeling cynical, detached, and negative towards work.
Remember as you use this tool that burnout isn't just an issue with you. It can be a systemic issue, where your workplace also has a responsibility. Feelings of burnout aren’t judgements on you and it’s not just up to you to fix.
